Rachel Klotzman Attorney at Law

Rachel F. Klotzman grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas before finding her way to Texas in fourth grade. She attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science and Mathematics.

Following undergraduate, Rachel attended the University of Houston Law Center. While in law school she interned at the Texas Attorney General’s Office Natural Resources Division in Austin and the Texas Court of Appeals, First District, in Houston. Rachel was licensed to practice law on November 3, 2006. Her first legal position was as an assistant district attorney at the Victoria County District Attorney’s Office, where she served as a misdemeanor and juvenile prosecutor.

In July of 2008 Rachel and her husband Spencer opened Klotzman Law Firm, PLLC. Rachel served as the City of Victoria Municipal Court Judge from July 2010-July 2012 and is a current board member of The Brownson Home and Court of Six Flags. Rachel is past-treasurer and a sustaining member of the Junior League of Victoria, Texas, Inc. and previously served as board member and president of and the Victoria Country Club, president of Court of Six Flags, board member of The Vine School, and vestry member and senior warden of Trinity Episcopal Church, where she and her family are active members.

Rachel’s private practice initially consisted of criminal defense and child welfare law, but after the birth of her daughter in 2009, she shifted her focus to transactional law, including business, estate planning, contracts, and real estate.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys travelling, needlepointing, tennis, mahjong, golf, cattle ranching, and reading.
